Your tasks will include technical market support and direct support in the field of high-performance engines, processing of technical workshop and customer inquiries, analysis and evaluation of field complaints, and coordination of factory repairs.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of combustion engines (focus on high-performance engines and peripherals)
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicles
• Experience in after-sales and knowledge of GSP process flows is an advantage
• Safe handling of MB systems (e.g. TIPS, Xentry, AQUA, ZEUS, VEDOC, DIALOG-E, WIS, ASRA, EVA-Net, Diagnostics Portal, CANdela)
• Independent, structured working style and safe appearance and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English knowledge
