Job Description
We are seeking a broad skilled technical individual that is a solid team player that enjoys challenges, in a fast paced, highly visible and challenging environment. The proper candidate must have excellent communication skills, understand strategic thinking, use sound judgment and be able to deliver on committed deadlines/objectives. Resource should demonstrate technical and team leadership, stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Guide architecture decisions, design patterns and code quality standards, resolve complex technical challenges, perform code reviews.
- Hands on Java Development and Leads in the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. Participate in all Sprint ceremonies.
- Focus on delivery efficiency and tech debt reduction, Mentor team members.
- Perform Stakeholder Collaboration -act as bridge between PO/BSA/QA and Business Teams. Participate in roadmap discussions and clarify any technical implications.
- Drive automation wherever necessary and Maintain documentation.
- Need to make sure that security, compliance and performance are met in every release.
