We're a healthcare platform for humans, designed for real life. We're seeking a strategic and member-focused Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of Pocketpills' product portfolio.

Requirements

• Develop and drive a clear, pragmatic product strategy aligned with company goals in a fast-moving technology startup.
• Prioritize high-impact initiatives that balance short-term wins with long-term scalability and growth.
• Define and communicate product vision aligned with company objectives.
• Lead quarterly and long-term product planning efforts to prioritize impactful business problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, health care experts, marketing, and operations teams.
• Ensure customer feedback and user needs are embedded in product decisions.
• Establish and Manage OKRs for product teams.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers.
