Pharmacist

We're a healthcare platform for humans, designed for real life. We're looking for a self-motivated, superstar Pharmacist to join the amazing Pocketpills team on a 12-month contract.

Requirements

• Provide virtual consultation including minor ailment assessments and answer medication-related questions through various mediums efficiently and courteously
• Perform clinical verifications for prescriptions on time to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct technical checks on medication orders in an efficient manner
• Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to improve the pharmacy processes
• Guide pharmacy students through shadowing opportunities, direct coaching, and timely, constructive feedback to support their learning and professional growth
• Partner with pharmacy manager and operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness and embrace continuous improvement
• Review escalated issues for resolution. Interface with patients and team members as needed to resolve
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations
