Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales enablement, business development, sales operations, or similar function (agency or professional services preferred)
- Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders and executives in high-visibility environments
- Comfort working across CRM platforms - HubSpot preferred
- Excellent deck building, writing, formatting, and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Analytical mindset - comfortable using data to inform decisions or asset development
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft suite (Sheets/Excel + Slides/PPT especially)
- Commercial awareness and client-ready polish
