Full Stack Engineer

At Podium, our mission is to arm every local business with a complete platform and outcome-driven AI employees that convert leads into real, paying customers. We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale our AI Agent platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building production, delivering high-quality code and owning systems end-to-end
• Experience with Elixir/Phoenix, or equivalent frameworks like Rails or Django
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc)
• Must be willing to work on site, 5 days per week
