Job Description
Point B is seeking a Senior Manager to own the consultation strategy across restaurant technology. This role involves driving digital transformation initiatives, leading client relationships, and aligning technology with business goals to innovate and improve restaurant operations. Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization initiatives.
- Deep hands-on experience with restaurant and hospitality system landscapes (FOH/BOH systems integration, POS platforms).
- Functional Enterprise Architecture experience and firm-wide consulting.
- Strong documentation, analytical, organizational, and digital agility skills.
- Experience with enterprise restaurant or hospitality brands.
- Ability to work in an emerging market environment.
