Adjunct - Applied Psychology, B.A. Program 2025/26 (online)

Point Loma Nazarene University is seeking adjunct teaching positions for the Applied Psychology program. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to excellent online teaching in a Christian liberal arts context, knowledge of online pedagogy and instructional strategies, and experience teaching adult students.

Requirements

• Teach online courses through Canvas LMS
• Develop online courses as needed
• Invest in students
• Engage with students via online discussions
• Evaluate student performance and provide substantive feedback
• Input Final Grades in Workday
• Provide accommodation for students who require it
• Participate in program, department, and/or institutional activities
• Contribute to preparing students for their post-graduate career
