Job Description
Polamer Precision Inc. is seeking a Tooling Change/Production Support Technician to support the assembly and replenishment of cutting tools used in their CNC milling department. The role involves managing tooling, maintaining work areas, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting regrind programs. The position requires adherence to safety standards and working in a dynamic environment with physical demands.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in operating CNC Milling machines in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Competent in safely using hand tools and hand held measuring equipment.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Must be able to read and write comments, interpret tool drawings.
- PC Skills: Able to use Windows-based programs.
