Job Description
Polamer Precision Inc. is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their Manufacturing team. The role involves mastering CNC programs, working with Solid Works or NX, and contributing to process improvement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for a smooth flow of quality products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with MasterCam or NX
- Experience in using Solid Works
- Ability to read engineering prints and design documentation
- Ability to adjust speeds, feeds, tooling and operating sequences
- Advanced knowledge of metal cutting
- Advanced knowledge of material analysis
