Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as aircraft systems engineer in reputed aerospace companies
- Extensive and inter-disciplinary knowledge across all aerospace engineering fields
- Experience with CAD and CFD/FEM software
- Strong programming skills
- Experience in managing engineering teams of 10-15 engineers
- Work experience in a start-up environment
- Proactive thinking, high level of motivation, flexibility, and team-working skills
- Proficiency in both German and English
