Vehicle Certification Engineer (m/f/d) job at POLARIS Raumflugzeuge GmbH in Bremen, responsible for certification and flight authorization of drones, hypersonic systems, and spaceplanes, and developing regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Strong Background in Systems Engineering, Flight Safety and Certification Standards
- Several years of professional experience in the field of EASA Initial Airworthiness, EU UAV drone law desirable
- Knowledge of various aerospace standards required (ISO 9001, ISO 9100, etc.)
- Knowledge of aerospace safety and certification requirements (e.g., ARP4754, DO-178C, DO254, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and interdisciplinary skills
- Fluent English, German desirable
- Proactive mindset, high level of motivation, flexibility, perseverance, and ability to work in a team
