Technical Project Manager

We develop and manufacture turnkey energy storage solutions, based on lithium-ion battery technology. Our goal is to engineer technology that both stores and optimizes energy as we shift towards more efficient energy usage and renewable energy sources on a global scale.

Requirements

• Lead product and system development projects with a strong focus on technical product and system development phases.
• Take an active and leading role in system design and key technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed project plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
• Secure necessary resources (personnel, financial, and technical) to deliver the project on time, within scope, and according to specifications.
• Manage and control change requests related to product and system development.
• Lead and ensure the quality assurance activities for projects during both development phases, as well as during launch and commercialization across the business.
• Conduct and document regular meetings with customers, addressing both project status and technical discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management practices and process execution, with a focus on technical excellence and efficiency.
