Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will help operate and maintain all building systems and troubleshoot operations failures. The position also includes performing routine and preventative maintenance and repair tickets for the building and apartments.
Requirements
- Ability to efficiently handle and coordinate multiple tasks and project assignments
- Knowledge and proper use of basic hand tools
- Understand and apply correct usage of all personal safety equipment
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Maintain calm demeanor in emergency situations
