You will be the main point of contact for clients, handle communication, and ensure case development flows smoothly.
Requirements
- Experience preparing adjustment of status and employment authorization document applications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Tech-focused skills and eagerness to learn new online systems and procedures
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Works well under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform at a high level with minimal supervision
- Able to keep track of taskings and meet deadlines
