Legal Support Specialist - Day

We are seeking a Legal Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of Legal Assistant experience, strong organizational skills, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. This is a remote role with a four-day workweek.

Requirements

• Strong initiative and ability to quickly resolve document issues
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
• Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• 5 years of Legal Assistant experience
• Legal transcription experience
• Ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner
• Ability to maintain strong working relationships
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Expert-level experience working in Microsoft Office programs
• Proofreading experience
• Calm and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Proven ability to take initiative and make sound, independent decisions
