Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are an asset)
• Minimum 3 years of HR and Health & Safety experience
• Strong understanding of HR principles and employment/health & safety legislation
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
