Job Description
Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building infrastructure to move money instantly, reliably, and at internet scale. As a Senior Engineer on the PoS Engineering team, you'll focus on strengthening peer-to-peer networking capabilities across core clients—Bor, Erigon, and Heimdall.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems or infrastructure engineering, ideally working on distributed systems or blockchain clients.
- Deep expertise in Go (Golang), with strong knowledge of networking libraries, protocols (TCP/UDP), and debugging tools.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in live production systems with a proactive, ownership-first mindset.
- Experience working on peer-to-peer networking protocols or low-level infrastructure systems.
- Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment across time zones (EMEA, East Coast US, or South America preferred).
