• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality editing and motion graphics
• Experience producing product demos, event content, and short-form social video
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and iterate under tight timelines
• Experience capturing interviews or event footage when needed
• Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
