Plant/Equipment Engineer - Torrance

Drive innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing site as a Plant/Equipment Engineer. Lead and support capital projects, equipment installations, utility upgrades, and infrastructure improvements while ensuring engineering activities meet cGMP, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
• 3–7 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements, equipment qualification, and validation
• Experience executing capital projects and working with utilities such as HVAC, purified water, high purity gases, and process systems
• Proficient with CAD tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally
