Job Description
Join our team as a Shift Lead and take charge of day-to-day operations in a cGMP environment producing APIs and peptide-based products. As a Shift Lead, you'll lead a skilled team, ensure compliance with FDA/DEA regulations, troubleshoot equipment, and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (peptide experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SPPS reactors, filtration, and chromatography
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
