Molding - Packer (D Shift)

The Packer reports to the Molding Cell Leader and the Packer Supervisor, packing molded production parts while ensuring quality and performing secondary responsibilities such as housekeeping and sorting. The role involves relieving Packers for lunches, breaks, and covering for absenteeism.

Requirements

• Packing production parts into boxes as per packing specifications
• Visually inspecting parts for quality defects
• Assembling boxes, labeling, and moving packed boxes through the tape machine
• Assisting with line clearance and disposition of non-conformance products
• Sorting offline production parts
• Completing line inspection and clearance checklist forms
• Weighing and recording scrap, disposing of scrap products
