Job Description
Production Responsible (m/w/d) at a strongly growing industrial company in Addrup-Essen, responsible for leading a team, controlling production, and implementing improvement measures.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a machine and equipment operator with a focus on food or metal and plastics technology, electronics, or mechanics
- Knowledge and experience in handling packaging machines or similar large machines
- Technical understanding in the context of the proper handling of food
- First experiences in leadership
- Team ability, communication strength, flexibility, independent and self-reliant way of working
