Requirements

• Independent setup and conversion of injection molding machines and robots
• Conducting tool tryouts and start-ups
• Setting up and optimizing injection molding parameters for stable processes
• Analysis and troubleshooting of disturbances in ongoing production
• Teamwork, readiness to engage, and self-initiative
• Willingness to work a 2-shift schedule (morning and evening shift)
