Job Description
Pomelo Care is a rapidly growing multi-disciplinary team focused on improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes through evidence-based care. This Director of Advanced Practice Providers role involves recruiting, training, and leading a team of APPs, monitoring quality of care, and supporting patients' needs. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner Program
- 7+ years of practicing as an APRN
- 4+ years leading a team, or 2+ years as an APP
- Active, unrestricted licensure in at least one Nursing Compact state
- Ability to work remotely
