Job Description
Pomelo Care is seeking experienced and passionate doulas to guide expecting and new families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. The role focuses on improving birth outcomes by ensuring families feel supported and empowered, and offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for client growth. They are transforming outcomes for pregnant people and babies with evidence-based care at scale.
Requirements
- Completed certification as a birth and/or full spectrum doula from a recognized organization.
- Experience working as a doula with in-depth understanding of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using tele-health platforms and electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to work virtually and in-person, evenings and weekends.
