Job Description
Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem solvers focused on improving outcomes for moms and babies. They offer services like pregnancy and newborn care, NICU stays, and postpartum care, with a technology-driven platform enabling early engagement and personalized care. The doula role provides support during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
Requirements
- Completed certification / training as a birth and/or full spectrum doula.
- Experience working as a doula with in-depth understanding of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to work both virtually and in person, evenings and weekends.
- Credentialing process completion (doula certification/training + client recommendation letters, NPI, CPR/First Aid).
