Job Description
Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to improving maternal and newborn care through evidence-based practice. They are seeking an Evening Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP) to provide direct patient care, clinical oversight, and support a range of patients with high-risk pregnancy. This role involves attending huddles, case review, developing protocols, and leading team development. They offer a flexible work environment and a mission-driven startup culture.
Requirements
- Active compact RN license and licensed to practice as an APP in Texas
- 4+ years of obstetrics experience as an APP
- Experience treating high-risk patients
- Demonstrated effectiveness in optimizing evidence-based care
- Passion for and effectiveness in optimizing evidence-based care
- Experience with data to drive patient engagement
- Experience leading successful teams
- Sense of urgency to improve outcomes and exceptional organization
