Marketing Designer – Paid Media & Motion (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Marketing Designer – Paid Media & Motion (m/f/d) to strengthen our performance marketing output across SHYNE & Pomélo+Co in Berlin.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a digital designer in an in-house or agency environment, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing or paid social
• Excellent layout and visual design skills, especially for Meta ads and conversion-driven assets
• Excellent skills in Figma and solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for basic motion and video adaptations
• Understanding of performance principles (formats, hooks, testing variations, clarity, speed)
• A strong aesthetic eye with interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands
• Proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Language skills: English (C1). Native German, French, or Italian is a plus
