Manual QA Team Lead

Pontera is a fintech company on a mission to help people retire better. We are looking for a hands-on Manual QA Team Leader to join our R&D team and lead a group of QA engineers in delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, including task planning and performance management
• Design and oversee manual testing for web applications (UI, API, regression, integration)
• Drive QA processes across sprints, releases, and production support
• Ensure quality of infrastructure components and complex system integrations
• Troubleshoot production issues and support internal teams with issue diagnosis
• Participate in feature planning, design reviews, and version readiness
