Pontera is seeking a detail-oriented and highly reliable Temporary Payroll Administrator to join our People Operations team on a part-time basis (~20 hours per week) from December 22 through February 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
- Payroll processing experience for both exempt and non-exempt employees within the U.S.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Paylocity (minimum 1 year required)
- Experience with HiBob as an HRIS is strongly preferred
- Strong math, data entry, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week, consistently, within EST hours
- Familiarity with New York State payroll regulations is essential
- Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting employees via Slack
