Pontosense is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across digital, brand, and demand generation to drive measurable growth for its D2C subscription business.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns in D2C or subscription businesses.
- Demonstrated track record of executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable acquisition, revenue, or engagement results.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce) and comfort working with data and analytics.
- Strong skills in positioning, customer segmentation, and messaging.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales or Revenue teams in KPI-driven environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with examples of campaigns or systems you’ve led.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are built from the ground up.
