Welcome customers at branches and direct them to the appropriate service area, platform, or operations. Offer customer orientation regarding banking products and services.
Requirements
- Register customers on branch's computer system
- Follow-up Bank Consultants to assure clients are served within established quality service standards
- Perform simple transactions, such as: account balance verification, validation, and emission of ATM card, check reorders, address change, stop payments
- Support platform and operations on activities and sales initiatives
- Assure that all branch areas are organized and clean
- Follow standard operating procedures and comply with Quality Service Standards
- Complete transactions/documents according to all banking regulations, including BSA/AML, and other corporate guidelines or procedures
