Job Description
Portage Point Partners is a business advisory, interim management and investment banking firm that provides transactional, operational, financial and strategic perspectives to middle market stakeholders. The Director, Turnaround & Restructuring Services role will focus on developing new and existing client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery of strategic, operational and financial engagements, and contributing to overall firm growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program
- 10+ years of experience with 7+ years of investment banking, consulting, restructuring/distressed or private equity experience
- Ability to review three statement models, 13-week cash flows, dynamic KPI packages and complex ad hoc analysis
- High degree of maturity with a proven ability to interact with senior executives, private equity firms, lenders, lawyers, middle managers and line workers
- Effectively communicates analysis through Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proven track-record of success in high pressure, time-constrained environments
