Senior Associate, Data & Analytics

Portage Point Partners is seeking a Senior Associate, Data & Analytics to develop internal data-driven solutions, support critical initiatives, maintain cloud data warehouses, create data visualizations, and advance automation efforts across practice lines. This is a unique opportunity to work on a team that provides transformative insights and solutions for internal and external clients across the business lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, statistics, mathematics, or other STEM related field from a top undergraduate program
• Two plus years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field with a proven ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with demonstrated ability to create and maintain robust data models and visualizations
• Experience in Power Apps and Power Automate with the ability to create and maintain simple workflows and applications
• Python proficiency strongly preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
• Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
• High attention to detail, responsiveness, and ownership mindset
• Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments
