Requirements
- Develop and build upon a strategic learning roadmap for the firm
- Evaluate organizational learning needs to identify skill gaps and opportunities for development
- Design, launch and manage high-impact learning programs in partnership with subject matter experts, ensuring consistency and quality
- Measure program effectiveness and use data insights to drive continuous improvement
- Leverage new technologies, tools and best practices to enhance the learning experience and support a culture of professional growth
- Collaborate on broader People initiatives including onboarding, performance management and HR systems
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
- Lead and support internal trainings and best practice sharing
- Support talent acquisition and firm-building initiatives
