Requirements

• Professional experience in customer service, back office, or client support, ideally in the financial or banking sector.
• Commercial education (e.g. bank clerk, insurance clerk) or comparable qualification.
• Understanding of investment processes, deposits, orders, or regulatory processes is an advantage.
