Job Description
Porter Cares is expanding into Michigan and seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health risk assessments, evaluate medical history, reconcile medications, and perform physical exams. They aim to revolutionize healthcare delivery with a focus on transparency, compassion, and personalized care.
Requirements
- Valid unencumbered Michigan NP license
- 3 years of patient care experience required
- Experience in primary care/adult/geriatric preferred
- EMR skills preferred
- Strong sense of empathy, compassion, and friendliness
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
