Job Description
Porter is expanding into Pittsfield, MA, and seeks a Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home health risk assessments. Requirements
- Valid unencumbered Massachusetts NP license
- Experience with Medicaid (highly preferred)
- 3 years of patient care experience required
