Job Description
Porter is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and optimize their Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement, APEX development, and Agentforce, and demonstrate a track record of delivering scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments. The role involves leading implementations, providing technical leadership, and ensuring data integrity.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice to enhance operations.
- Customize and configure Agentforce to streamline agent workflows and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.
