Product Designer

Portless is seeking a Product Designer to improve the merchant operations platform, focusing on experiences for complex workflows like order management, inventory tracking, and financial operations. The role involves user research, data visualization, design systems, and collaboration with Product Managers and engineers in a fast-paced environment. The designer will create user-friendly interfaces that empower merchants to streamline their business operations and achieve growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing complex B2B or operational software.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and translating research insights.
• Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Proficiency in data visualization and design system creation.
• Proven ability to work with Product Managers and engineers in agile development environments.
• Deep empathy for user needs and ability to advocate for user experience.
• Strategic and bold design thinking.
