Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience leading complex frontend projects at scale with significant organizational impact
- 3-4 years of deep expertise in React Native and Expo, with a strong track record of building and shipping high-quality mobile application
- Proven track record shaping frontend architecture and technical strategy for consumer-facing products
- Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers, and building frameworks for org-wide growth and knowledge sharing
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical, design, and product teams
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and cross-platform interface development
