Posh is a company that enables people to create and monetize in-person communities. The Senior Software Engineer, Personalization role will help shape the platform that brings people together through live events. The role requires 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects with significant business impact, experience integrating LLM or ML outputs into core product features, and proficiency in relevant technologies such as IaC, AWS, Java, Python, and Typescript.

- Experience with scalability, performance optimization, and building tools that support data-driven decision-making

- Ability to lead initiatives, mentor others, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working at consumer, social, or marketplace companies is a plus
