Job Description
Posillico is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership for projects and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining financial and compliance processes. Posillico is committed to a "people first, think safety" culture.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (or 4-Year degree in Construction or Environmental Management with 7+ years experience)
- 4-8 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a value of $10M+.
- Experience in Heavy Construction (civil infrastructure, site-work, roads, bridges, environmental, support of excavation, etc.)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient in electronic document access and construction management software (Procore, Viewpoint)
