Job Description
Positive Impact Health Centers is seeking a Prevention Program Manager I to support the delivery of integrated HIV/STI services, PEP and PrEP services, and outreach at the Decatur site. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Senior Prevention Program Manager.
Requirements
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure effective delivery of Prevention Services
- Cultivate new community partnerships and maintain existing relationships
- Provide direct client services as needed to support smooth daily operations
- Ensure all frontline staff are meeting data metrics
- Conduct monthly chart audits and staff QIQAs
- Oversee ordering, tracking, and maintenance of medical supplies
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new frontline staff
- Provide administrative oversight of Prevention support groups
