We're seeking an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our operational team as a Centralized Operational South Staff Specialist. You will be responsible for monitoring the transportation network, taking rapid decisions, and coordinating processes to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Monitor the line service in real-time and intervene promptly when deviations occur.
• Take rapid decisions in case of breakdowns or unexpected events, coordinate personnel and vehicles, and ensure effective traffic management.
• Provide clear and timely information to passengers and internal and external stakeholders regarding disturbances, measures, and restorations.
• Work closely with partners such as rail companies and intervention organizations to ensure availability and coordinated use of resources.
• Contribute to the development of methods, tools, and procedures of the operational center, bringing concrete ideas and improvements.
• Act with responsibility in the context of emergency organization and react professionally in critical situations such as accidents, natural events, or security problems.
