As a customer advisor for private customers, you will provide competent advice and enthusiasm for PostFinance's smart services and products to customers in direct contact, either online, by phone, or in person.

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic education (EFZ) with further education in the financial sector
• Several years of experience in personal customer consulting in the banking or insurance sector
• A motivated, independent personality with a well-developed desire to shape things
• Very good knowledge of German in writing and speaking, further languages are a plus
