Senior Workday Recruiting Specialist

Postman is seeking a Senior Workday Recruiting Specialist to join its People team and optimize and scale recruiting processes within Workday. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience with Workday Recruiting module and strong configuration skills.

Requirements

• 6 plus years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module
• Strong experience configuring job requisition workflows, offer approvals, and recruiting business processes
• Understanding of Workday security roles, calculated fields, and reporting tools
