Job Description
Powell is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves routine building maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work, with a focus on efficient and safe facility operation. The technician will also assist with equipment installation, coordinate with contractors, and maintain inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience in a facilities maintenance group
- Ability to use shop equipment: sanders, drill press, forklift, scissor lift
- Ability to perform new electrical installations
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
