Job Description
Powell Industries is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and test electrical systems and equipment. This role involves supervising junior engineers, resolving electrical problems, collaborating with other teams, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Requirements
- Independently complete standard projects
- Draft electrical construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Apply design knowledge to engineering 480V through 38kV switchgear
- Work with the Project Management team
- Create and validate Bills of Materials
- Mentor junior engineers
- Provide technical support
- Coordinate with suppliers
